The Speaker discusses Kirkuk election file with the United Nations and a number

Mr. Iyad Samarrai, the Speaker of the COR, met in his office on Wednesday, 7-15-2009 Ms. Sandra Mitchell, Senior Adviser in the UN mission in Iraq, responsible to follow-up the file of the elections in Iraq. During the meeting, they discussed the proposals supported by the United Nations, which would defuse the crisis over the elections in Kirkuk.
